Lecture "Protection of marine life", at the King D. Carlos Maritime Museum.
Sharks play a role that is still poorly understood. They are apex predators in marine habitats and, for this reason, regulate all the trophic networks they inhabit. Therefore, they play an essential role in the balance of marine ecosystems as we know them today.
Held as part of the celebrations for World Earth Day, April 22nd, the lecture Protecting Marine Life,ย by the SEI Association (Sharks Educational Institute), shows what sharks are like and how they behave, so that we can gain a new perspective on these animals.
