Workshop: “Life is too short not to laugh.” (Humor)
Session aimed at young people aged between 12 and 30. “Life is too short not to laugh” is a workshop entirely dedicated to understanding how we have been educated to think and cultivate humor. In a world where, until now, we have been taught that work is not fun (and it isn't... always), we often end up, without realizing it, neglecting a highly beneficial and pro-social ability: that of making people laugh. This workshop is for those who want to understand humor more deeply, learn about its benefits, understand how it arises, and learn how to strategically create more moments of humor in their own lives to lighten the burden of responsibilities.
