Vegan & Vintage Market's mission is to celebrate the harmony between the world's vegan food and sustainable creativity, promoting a unique experience that unites the best of the past and the present for a more conscious future.
There are two foundations on which the Vegan & Vintage Market will be based:
- The diversity of vegan food worldwide, offering a rich variety of dishes and flavours from different cultures, from vibrant Indian food with its curries and samosas, to Mediterranean dishes such as hummus and falafel, to innovative Asian culinary options such as vegan sushi and tempeh, and of course, Portuguese gastronomy.
- As well as exploring the gastronomic riches, the ‘Vegan & Vintage Market’ values sustainable arts and design, providing a space for artists, creators and producers to exhibit and market their organic and bio products. Exhibitors will present vintage and retro pieces, from clothes and accessories to decorative objects, all with a touch of creativity and reuse.
Sustainability is at the heart of the event, with products that prioritise upcycling and recycling, reflecting our commitment to environmental preservation and waste reduction.
