Energetic Morning
We propose another outdoor gathering, providing an opportunity to accumulate, grant, add, and empower who we are and what we have, combining physicality, mind, focus, determination, and sharing!
Bringing together different physical practices and sensory experiences, we invite participants to take care of themselves, with simplicity and attention, but with determination and focus, resulting in an experience of the proposed dynamics, to the sound of appropriate music:

10:20 a.m. - TAI CHI
11:00 a.m. - CHI KUNG
11:40 a.m. - VINYASA YOGA
12:10 p.m. - MULTIPLE HEALER SOUND BATH
The goal is for participants to feel good, stronger, more balanced, and above all, healthier.
