Description

This workshop combines theoretical and practical elements to support more balanced and informed dietary choices.

The theoretical part will cover strategies for organising daily eating habits, meal planning and reflecting on conscious choices, with a particular focus on reducing the consumption of ultra-processed foods and critically interpreting food labels.

In the practical part, participants will compare a shop-bought juice with a freshly made natural juice, analyse the label of the processed product and learn simple techniques for preparing fresh pineapple.

Main objectives:

- To develop skills for healthy and realistic meal planning;

- To encourage a preference for fresh and minimally processed foods;

- To promote conscious reading of food labels;

- Demonstrate the practicality of preparing fresh fruit.
