Queen cake with mother dough in a wood-fired oven
Description
Learn the recipe of the Queen’s Cake to prepare it for the Christmas dinner! You will also learn the technique to shape and decorate the cake. At the end you will take a delicious Cake Queen to taste at home. The cake will be made with organic wheat flour Barbela produced in Cascais. This experience takes place in the Horta of Quinta do Pisão and is promoted by Peter Pão, from Padaria Natural.
