Nova SBE solidarity campaign
This festive season, Nova SBE invites the whole community to turn hope into action.
A simple gift, a big difference!
In partnership with Helpfull, a non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting social organisations, and with the support of the Student Union (SU), we are launching a solidarity campaign to collect essential goods. Together, we aim to make a difference to those most in need by supporting three NGOs that work directly with vulnerable young people, people with disabilities and people experiencing homelessness: Comunidade Vida e Paz, Mundos de Papel and Semear.
We are collecting
- Non-perishable food: to help provide nutritious and decent meals.
- Personal hygiene products: essential for the health and dignity of people living on the streets.
- School supplies: including pens, notebooks, computer keyboards and mice, to improve learning conditions and development opportunities for young people in need.
The donated goods will be organised and distributed to NGOs by Helpfull, ensuring that they reach those who need them most.
In addition to the goods, this campaign also allows you to contribute to scholarships for financially disadvantaged Nova SBE students. By giving this support, we are investing directly in the future of students with financial difficulties, so that they can continue their studies with greater peace of mind and dedication.
How to take part
1. Donate essential goods: Bring your donations to one of the three collection boxes located on campus:
- Next to the Students' Union (SU)
- In front of Pingo Doce
- On the ground floor of Building B
2. Contribute to scholarships: To make a monetary donation, scan the QR code printed on the collection boxes and follow the instructions to donate the amount you wish. Every contribution makes a difference to the future of our students.
