Workshop Christmas Menu by Isabel Zibaia Rafael
Christmas is a time for sharing, especially with family. In this workshop we will prepare a delicious Christmas lunch, with practical suggestions and ingredients alluding to the festive season to surprise your family, or those you love the most.
To celebrate Christmas, we'll prepare a complete menu with a starter, a cod dish, a meat dish and an irresistible dessert. The recipes are based on tradition but will be presented in a special way so that they shine in your home.

About the chef:
Isabel Zibaia Rafael created the blog Cinco Quartos de Laranja in 2006, where she writes about food and the good things in life. She regularly organizes cooking workshops and showcookings. She develops recipes for brands and collaborates with magazines and TV programs. She is the author of several books, including Cooking, Planning and Freezing, Let's Make Bread and Isabel's Snack Book, among others.
