Cascais Traditional Sweets Workshop by chef Mauro Bilro
In this workshop you'll learn about local sweets through a journey into the history and tradition of Cascais.
From festive seasons to family gatherings, but also including the court's favourite treats, you'll learn how to make traditional convent and popular sweets, such as walnuts, sands, Cascais ladybirds and orange tart, to sweeten your next moments at the table!
