Waiting for GODOT, by Samuel Beckett
The Teatro Experimental de Cascais is putting on its last play of the year, a text recognised worldwide as the inaugural masterpiece of the theatre of the absurd. The greatest text in universal dramaturgy, Samuel Beckett's metaphysical farce published in 1952 talks about everything and nothing, humanity and the lack of it, always with the bitter irony of looking for meaning in existence without finding it.
Bilingual show (in Portuguese and Uruguayan) with Portuguese subtitles.
