Mini Chefs Workshop - Thanksgiving - American Cuisine
This will be a gastronomic workshop dedicated to the little ones, where they can literally get their hands dirty and learn how to make delicious American recipes, typical of Thanksgiving, such as turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes with garlic, winter fruit salad and mini pumpkin and cinnamon pies.
Finally, it will be at the table that we will gather to taste all the recipes prepared and let the kids share flavors and smiles.
About the Chef:
Julia Seraya is an enthusiastic pastry chef from Ukraine, who started out as an entrepreneur making cakes and desserts, creating her own brand - Serayapechet. While taking orders, Julia learned and perfected baking techniques as well as the art of decoration.
Her engineering background combined with her passion for creating led her to win the All-Ukrainian Chef Competition.
Working in a 5-star hotel has taught Julia to meet the demands of customers using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy.
