Description
Festiva Enseada is a cultural and recreational association that has a special focus on Carnival projects, promoting various cultural events, festivals, workshops, forró dances and performances.
The Summer Fest Carnival Project is an innovative and engaging initiative for all Cascais residents and tourists, and aims to be seen as a new cultural agent in the municipality.
Three Carnival Blocs are taking part.
