Mini Chefs Workshop - Italian cuisine
This will be a gastronomic workshop dedicated to the little ones, where they can literally get their hands dirty and learn how to make delicious Italian recipes such as caprese skewers, raviolli and tiramisu. The children will also prepare a themed postcard to take home.
Finally, we'll gather at the table to taste all the prepared recipes and let the kids share flavours and smiles.
About the Chef:
Julia Seraia is an enthusiastic pastry chef from Ukraine, who started out as an entrepreneur making cakes and desserts, creating her own brand - Serayapechet. While taking orders, Julia learnt and perfected baking techniques as well as the art of decoration.
Her engineering background combined with her passion for creating led her to win the All-Ukrainian Chef Competition.
Working in a 5-star hotel has taught Julia how to meet the demands of customers using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy.
