Workshop African Cuisine - Mozambique by chef Beatriz Maurício
Description
In this workshop you will learn how to prepare a menu consisting of African food, namely from Mozambique, including a starter, main course and dessert and accompanied by Casca Wines.
Menu:
- Starter - Bread and badjia.
- Main course - Rice, corn chima with peanut matapa and fried fish
- Dessert - Malambe mousse
About the chef:
Chef Beatriz da Sorte Maurício, of Mozambican origin, is a nutritionist with a postgraduate degree in paediatric nutrition, and is currently studying for a Master's degree in Gastronomic Sciences.
Since 2017, she has been teaching at Lúrio University and giving cookery demonstrations in local communities in Mozambique. Beatriz Maurício also creates recipes using local products.
