There are mouths for all tastes and some people prefer snacking with friends rather than having a traditional meal!

In this gastronomic workshop, chef Julia will teach you how to prepare some snacks and boards that promise to make your table shine! To go with it, we'll have Craft Beer - Pato Brewing. It promises... No?

About the Chef: 

Julia Seraya is an enthusiastic pastry chef from Ukraine. She started out as an entrepreneur making cakes and desserts, and created her own brand - Serayapechet. While taking orders, Julia learnt and perfected baking techniques as well as the art of decoration. 

Her engineering background combined with her passion for creating led her to win the All-Ukrainian Chef Competition.  

Working in a 5-star hotel taught Julia to meet the demands of her clients, even using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy. 

Julia Seraya is currently resident chef at the Cascais Food Lab!
