Municipal Equality Day 2025
Description
Between the 17th and 31st of October, Cascais marks the occasion of Municipal Equality Day with a full programme of initiatives that give voice to crucial issues such as women's rights, domestic violence, equal pay, combating poverty, welcoming migrants, including people with disabilities, and gender equality.
In this way, the municipality joins the national celebration with a series of activities that reflect its commitment to equity and social justice, where the community is invited to participate in actions that promote the elimination of barriers and the appreciation of diversity.
