GNR Charade
Description
The GNR's Horse Charade is the only one in the world to perform military marches and snatches of light music in the horse's three gaits - step, trot and gallop. The performances are accompanied by wind instruments (Cornets, Trumpets, Fliscornes and Bombardinos) and percussion instruments (Tímpanos).
Route: The parade will start at the João Paulo II Roundabout, next to the Cascais Cultural Centre, travelling to Praça 5 de Outubro (the Town Hall building), where there will be a static musical display. After this stop, it will continue to Alameda Combatentes da Grande Guerra, and then return to Rotunda João Paulo II, next to the Cascais Cultural Centre.
