Menstruation: from silence to words
This event aims to mark with due importance and relevance the 28th of May: menstrual dignity day, bringing menstruation to the centre of public conversation, demystifying taboos and promoting menstrual health as a matter of human rights and social justice.
Participating in this event is more than attending a talk - it's being part of a necessary change and it's an opportunity to access specialised, up-to-date information about the menstrual cycle: what a healthy menstrual cycle is, its relevance to health in general and, above all, recognising its role beyond reproduction.
The event is open to the general public, as this is an issue for everyone, regardless of whether they menstruate or not.
