OCCO invites Ana Ester Santos
This recital invites the audience to take a closer look at the harp through works by composers such as Claude Debussy, Andrรฉ Caplet and Alphonse Hasselmans. The programme explores the evolution of harp composition and its relationship with the new sounds and compositional forms that emerged in the 19th century.
Highlighting the harp not only as an instrument of delicacy, but also as an expressive vehicle of great timbral richness and harmonic freedom, this recital offers a journey through the different atmospheres and sonic colours conceived by each composer.
