“I found a dolphin, now what?”, workshop at the King Carlos Museum of the Sea
As part of Ciência Viva's Science and Technology Week 2024, the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Stranding Network is bringing a workshop to the King Carlos Museum of the Sea so that everyone knows how to act when they come across a marine animal on the beach.
The stranding of marine animals is a common phenomenon. Timely action can greatly help the outcome for the animal. Through a practical activity, RALVT will explain the reasons behind this phenomenon and show the correct procedures for when marine animals are found on the beach.
