The World in Parede
The event “The World in Parede” was born from a set of ideas and goals proposed by the Student Association of the Agrupamento de Escolas da Parede for the 2025/2026 academic year. Inspired by the spirit of a traditional local fair, a cultural gathering and a spring celebration, this event was created as a meeting point dedicated to diversity, sharing and community.
The main purpose of the event is to showcase the different cultures represented within the school community through a multicultural food fair, featuring symbolic prices, with all proceeds going to a social solidarity association.
Throughout the day, there will also be live musical performances and entertainment on stage, creating a welcoming, lively and social atmosphere for all participants. In addition, the Student Association will organise a raffle ticket sale and hold the draw for a gift hamper during the event.
The event will have a symbolic admission fee of €1, intended to regulate entry, with all proceeds also being donated to the association mentioned above.
