Workshop “A beeswax cloth”
Description
In this workshop, we will explore the fascinating world of honey bees.
In the first part, we will discover how bees live, how the hive is organized, and how they produce the wax they use to build the combs where they store honey. We will also learn how this wax is extracted by the beekeeper.
In the second part of the workshop, we will learn about the various uses of beeswax and then get our hands dirty: each participant will create their own beeswax cloth—a sustainable alternative for wrapping food.
