European Heritage Days: Come and play, little one!
As part of the 2026 European Heritage Days, dedicated to the theme ‘Heritage at risk: revive, resist, reimagine’, the Museu da Vila invites you on a unique journey through the history of Cascais.
Despite all the changes and developments in society, there is something that remains timeless in human nature: our ability to dream and play! From the Roman occupation to the present day, people have always found playful ways to spend time together and strengthen bonds.
We invite you not only to explore our exhibition, but also to actively immerse yourself in the history of the town of Cascais through the various games played over the centuries!
