Description
In this club we will explore, with a board game, our psychological flexibility to deal with the challenges of the school and professional world, through three pillars: self-knowledge, contact with the present moment and commitment to change. It will be a space for reflection on what makes us tick every day and how to deal with the self-boycotts that keep us away from what we really value in life.
