The season of carnival revelry and excitement arrives in Cascais.
The months of February and March bring with them the traditional Carnival festivities and Cascais is no exception. There will be plenty of parties, entertainment, floats, costumes and rehearsals, and various events to celebrate Carnival in the municipality.
