Drawing to See: Sketchbook Drawing Workshop
Discover Cascais one line at a time!
This hands-on sketchbook workshop is part of the exhibition "Cascais, 1890–1960: uma história em postais" (Cascais, 1890–1960: A History in Postcards), on show at Casa Sommer, home of the Cascais Municipal Historical Archive.
Led by the Qual Albatroz collective, the session invites you to turn landscapes, small details and visual memories into lively drawings. You'll work among the historic postcards on display and, weather permitting, outdoors as well, learning to look more closely and to sketch freely and imaginatively.
No drawing experience is needed, just a willingness to give it a go.
Suitable for ages 16 and over.
