Flavours with History - Pulses
A series of theoretical and practical gastronomic sessions that aim to promote historically important foods and recipes from a particular place or country, through their preparation, recreation and reinterpretation.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how these recipes are made, as well as their origins and the historically important facts associated with them.
These sessions, which are free and open to the public upon registration, will take place throughout 2025.
This ‘Flavours with History’ will be dedicated to pulses and will also include a demonstration and tasting of recipes.
