About the chef:
Born in Alto Minho, Rui Ribeiro is known as โFaz e Comeโ, the title of the blog where he shares recipes and photographs of his culinary experiences.
He began his journey through the art of cooking at an early age and soon realised his preference for desserts. From that time, she keeps fond memories and a precious notebook of family recipes. Nowadays, as well as running her blog and social media, she teaches cookery and pastry classes, runs culinary photography workshops and develops recipes for some brands.
Her motto is โSwitch on the oven and be happyโ.ย
