V Rally Paper of Cascais Residents' Associations
The Rally Paper is an annual event organised by the Divisão de Tutores de Bairro e Associações de Moradores of the Câmara Municipal de Cascais (CMC) since 2022. Its aim is to bring together all residents' associations across the municipality, fostering stronger connections, knowledge sharing, and greater awareness of the work carried out by each association, while celebrating the municipality’s network of residents' associations.
The event is supported by several departments of the CMC. The meeting point is the Associação de Apoio Social Nossa Senhora da Assunção (AISA) at Malveira Arena, and, as has become tradition, the teams officially set off from the Town Hall Building (Paços do Concelho). Along the route, participants will stop at various locations throughout the municipality, including residents' associations, security services and municipal facilities, where they will take part in knowledge-based challenges featuring multiple-choice questions about the history, activities and interesting facts relating to the host organisation or municipal service, as well as light sporting activities.
A short breakfast break is scheduled for mid-morning in a green outdoor area, venue to be confirmed.
At the end of the event, all participants are invited to lunch at Malveira Arena, organised in partnership with AISA, where prizes will be presented by the municipal executive.
