Card in Action: Cardboard craft workshop
Do you know how a fire engine is built? Find out in this workshop, which forms part of the exhibition “Soldiers of Peace: The History(ies) of the Cascais Municipal Fire Brigade”, on display at Casa Sommer, where participants will get stuck in and create their own fully customisable 3D emergency vehicle out of cardboard.
Led by Pinóquio Fun & Culture, this activity – involving cutting, sticking and plenty of imagination – promises moments of genuine family bonding, where fun, artistic expression and a spirit of mutual support come to life. A creative experience that introduces young children to the world of the fire service and local history, in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
