POEM WRAPPING MACHINE children's theater
What if a machine wrapped up poems, verses, songs and nursery rhymes? What if poetry, shouts and songs came out of machines? In this show, each poem is a stop, it's a story and a journey, it's a plot in which poems and things that burst out of the earth, that jump out of the clouds and from the most unexpected places, are wrapped up. After all, that's what poetry is: the unbridled beauty of the unexpected.
This session, which marks World Poetry Day, is based on Portuguese poets and brings together authors such as Sophia de Mello Breyner Andersen, Matilde Rosa Araújo, Guerra Junqueiro, Eugénio de Andrade and Manuel António Pina.
