Manhã Energética
Start your Sunday the healthy way at Manhã Energética (Energising Morning), a free open-air wellness morning in the gardens of the Casino Estoril.
Over the course of the morning, a series of sessions combines physical practice and sensory experiences, each set to music. The programme includes body movement, the Japanese martial art Shorinji Kempo, and the flowing Chinese disciplines of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, followed by Vinyasa Yoga. The morning closes with a sound bath, a relaxing session of immersive sound.
The aim is simple: to help you feel good, stronger, more balanced and, above all, healthier.
Admission is free and no booking is required.
