The growing interest of the children and youth of the county for reading led to this children and youths library.
This library consists of three open access spaces, organised on a single ground floor, including the Children's Room, the Youth Room and the Multipurpose Room.
Its location in the Parque Marechal Carmona (Marechal Carmona Park) allows children to play on grassed areas and in the children's playground, and also experience several elements of nature, namely large trees and birds.
Facilities:
Reference service, reading rooms, journals and multimedia, home loans (books and multimedia) and inter-library loans, free access to the internet on local computers and wireles
