Course: Recording Intangible Expressions of Intangible Cultural Heritage
To mark International Day for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, celebrated on October 17, the Cascais City Council is organizing this short course dedicated to the identification, documentation, and safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Over the course of these three days, issues and practices related to the safeguarding of this heritage will be addressed, covering the domains of oral expressions, knowledge and skills associated with arts and crafts, celebrations, rituals, and social practices, as well as knowledge related to nature and the universe.
Target audience: cultural mediators, teachers, municipal staff, and the general public interested in the topic
